​How Do I Place An Order?

Payment 

Paypal is the only form of payment accepted, however, you do not need to have a paypal account to pay. 

*please note*  

you will be charged 2.9% plus $0.30 for sales tax per transaction through paypal within the US. 

You will be charged 3.9% plus a fixed fee based on your country and the amount of your purchase per transaction outside the US.

Shipping

Items are shipped via the us postal service from Los Angeles, usually within a couple business days after you place your order. Please expect atleast five to ten business days for your purchase within the US and atleast 10 to 15 business days to arrive in your country outside of the US.

 Items are shipped with a tracking number in the United States. But given only if item is late or lost. Because there is no tracking outside the United States we CAN NOT be responsible for lost or late purchases. In that case most late packages have been redeemed at your local customs department in the buyers home country.
- Please make sure your address is correct on paypal. We WILL NOT be responsible for shipping to a wrong address that's listed on your paypal account.

-INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please be sure to translate your address so your purchase is labeled correctly before shipping.

 

Rushed Shipping

If you need something to be rush shipped in the US please send request to contact at AmbitiousMercenaries@gmail.com so we can arrange an extra fee to make that happen. It's not too much more expensive in the US to send things quicker.

 

International customers: You may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns & Refunds
Only time we will accept a return is if you receive the wrong order or your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, in which case you must show proof within 15 days of purchase.
